From 1992-2016 the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation recruited for the Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs Fellowship. The Fellowship provides graduate students with financial support, mentoring and professional development to prepare them academically and professionally for a career with the U.S. Department of State.
