As the Career Enhancement Junior Faculty Fellows gathered for their annual retreat this summer, WW Perspectives sat down with some current and former Fellows to hear about their experiences. In this video, hear from Fellows about why the Career Enhancement Fellowship for Junior Faculty is such a crucial opportunity. Funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, the Fellowship seeks to increase the presence of minority junior faculty members and other faculty members committed to eradicating racial disparities in core fields in the arts and humanities.
